Epidata, the first company specialized in software architecture services in Latin America and also one of the main Red Hat/JBoss services partner in the regionattended the Red Hat Summit and JBoss World 2010. This event took place in Boston from 22nd to 25th June. Annually organized by Red Hat, it is one of the biggest open source events in the world and it brings engineers, business decision makers, developers and community enthusiasts together to learn about the latest and greatest in cloud computing, platform, virtualization, middleware, and management technologies.
Epidata participated in the event as part of the commitment with the future of Open Source in the region. As Red Hat partners specialized in JBoss (Middleware) technologies, Epidata’s objectives for 2010 are oriented to increase Red Hat/JBoss services’ volume with focus in development, consulting, infrastructure and training areas. This year, Epidata also took part in the Red Hat Partner Summit Uruguay, where 2010 open source strategies were discussed and industry perspectives were analyzed. The event gathered leading region partners, encouraged and promoted knowledge as well as exchange of experiences.
