Epidata, through its CEO and founder, continues to be part of the renowned publication that gathers insights from leading business figures in Argentina and the region.
Buenos Aires, December 2 – Adrián Anacleto, CEO and founder of Epidata, a leading company in innovation outsourcing and software development with a presence in Latin America and the United States, was once again invited by the prestigious media outlet El Cronista to participate in the 2025 edition of its annual report The Vision of Leaders.
Following a 2024 marked by 25% year-over-year growth, Epidata envisions an ambitious 2025, with estimated investments of USD 4.2 million. These investments include new acquisition processes and team expansion, surpassing 550 employees. The company also plans to expand into new Latin American markets such as Mexico, Ecuador, and Paraguay, while consolidating its presence in key countries like Colombia, Chile, Uruguay, and Brazil.
“In 2025, we aim to establish commercial operations in Latin American countries where we currently have no physical presence and to expand our professional teams thanks to the client growth achieved in the region during 2024,” Anacleto stated. Additionally, the company plans to increase its delivery capacity in the United States to meet growing demand in this strategic market.
Reflecting on 2024, Anacleto highlighted that despite economic challenges and the integration of acquired companies such as Gestión IT, specialized in Software Testing and Quality, and Liveware, specialized in Software Architecture and an Atlassian partner, the balance was overwhelmingly positive:
“We maintained growth rates above 25% year-over-year, validating our strategy and allowing us to project a promising 2025 on solid foundations.”
Anacleto also reaffirmed Epidata’s commitment to knowledge development and emphasized the importance of public policies that drive innovation and education. Furthermore, he noted that the company will continue to lead both internal and external professional training initiatives, promoting diversity and industry development with applied inclusion policies such as blind resumes.
With its strategic and sustained approach, Epidata positions itself as a key player in the Latin American tech sector and beyond, setting the pace for innovation in the region.
