Building on its innovation outsourcing offering, world-class strategic alliances and acquisitions, Epidata continues to post positive results even in a negative global context for companies in the sector.

Buenos Aires, April 2024 – Epidata, a leading company in innovation outsourcing and software development, with presence in Latin America, Spain and the USA, celebrates another successful year that confirms its steady growth in the region, having increased its revenue to USD 28 million during 2023, grown its team of professionals to more than 650 employees (‘epidaters’), and posted a CAGR (compound annual growth rate) of 31% over the last three years, reaffirming its leadership and commitment to excellence.

Epidata's growth strategy is based on a vision that combines closeness to and management of its most important clients, which allows it to grow alongside them, strategic alliances with visionary vendors, and organic expansion through acquisitions, under the premise of sustaining its ability to innovate and adapt quickly to the changing needs of the market, while maintaining a corporate culture centered on diversity, the value of being good people, and professional excellence.

Moving steadily toward consolidating its regional presence, in December 2023 Epidata completed the strategic acquisition of Gestión IT, a leading company in software Testing and Quality services with international ISTQB® (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) certification in Argentina. In this way it broadens its service offering, strengthens its operational capacity and its competitive position in the market.

In line with that strategy, regarding its alliances, Epidata has added Salesforce to its roster of international partners, becoming a Cloud Reseller for Argentina and Uruguay. Being number one in integration services for Latin America with MuleSoft (a company acquired by Salesforce) and the significant synergies this enables gave Epidata sufficient credentials to quickly position itself as a strategic partner in the region.

Organically, the company has expanded its portfolio of clients and projects in Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru and the United States, in addition to new engagements with clients in Spain..

Looking ahead, Epidata projects baseline revenue growth of 40% for 2024, surpassing 850 employees, with the goal of being among the 10 largest Latin-capital software companies by the end of 2025.

Thus, Epidata is positioning itself to be a regional leader and a key player on the global technology stage.
