Our purpose is to grow

It is our purpose, our frame of reference. A “simple” word, perhaps, and because it is simple, a powerful one.

Growing is development, it is learning, it is humility, it is playing and having fun. Growing is also being agile, because it requires constant evolution. Growing is sharing and learning. Growing is solidity and knowledge, because whoever keeps improving will have much more to give, and better decisions and results to show for it.

Growing is innovation, change and the ability to get past problems. Growing is resilience.

Growing is acknowledging mistakes, accepting that we might be wrong and apologizing. Growing is saying “my bad” and also saying “I need help here.” A growth mindset is a healthy sign of “good people.”

Growing is an individual attitude, not just a corporate one. Growing is the responsibility to learn, to collaborate; to look at things with the curiosity of a child’s eyes and to commit to what we are passionate about. Knowing how to grow, and being able to, is also autonomy.

We can only grow with honesty and solidarity, to acknowledge things as they are. That is why growing means trying to understand and share what we want and what our challenges are, so we can align everyone’s growth goals and needs.

Epidata, as a company, seeks to grow, to endure and to leave an enormous positive impact on people’s lives, whether they are customers, collaborators, suppliers, public officials or citizens at large. Always with innovation as our pillar and our banner.

Epidata is a knowledge-based company. That is why individual growth and the company’s growth have a direct impact on the quality of work our customers perceive. But that is not enough: growing at Epidata means growing with a focus on our customers and alongside our customers. It means challenges, it means co-creating. And, even better, co-innovating. It means recognizing that they know far more than we do about their business, and that we can help them (a lot!) implement effective innovation. That is why we say: “Deploying ideas”.

We know that the customers who choose us are glad to work with a company that seeks to endure, that will be there for them tomorrow, with the same name and the same values: upright and predictable; yet not the same company it was yesterday, but a better one. A company committed to continuous improvement, with the determination to correct course and grow alongside our customers in a close and genuine relationship. Finishing projects and starting new ones - Continuously Deploying ideas.
